Last Day Fun Day

Many thanks have to go to Emily and her amazing Team from the Salvation Army for organising a wonderful fun day full of exciting activities.

Beach Education

Room 6 and 7 went to the Beach on a perfect summery day. We learnt about sun safety, Beach safety, made sand castles and finally we were allowed to go into the water. It was such a lot of fun and a huge thank you must go to both the Parent Helpers and to the Life Guards who ran the programme.

Ukelele Concert

As part of our Music curriculum Room 7 has been learning Ukelele with Mr Lee. This week we visited the preschool to play some of the songs we had learnt. It was great to some audience participation!

Christmas Crafts

Once again we were lucky to be able to make the most beautiful Christmas Crafts. This year the children made a beautiful card and matching box. Lots of concentration was needed to create these lovely items.

Willow Bank

Room 6, 7, 9 and 10 went to Willowbank and participated in the Ko Tane Experience. We saw many animals and learnt Poi, Rakau Sticks and a Haka. At the end of the day there were many tired, hot but happy children!
