Proactive Life Skills

Both Room 6 and 7 have been participating in Proactive Life Skills with Nigel. We have been learning skills in Team Work, focus and resilience. The feedback forms showed that everybody loved the sessions and hope to do it again next year!!

Inquiry Learning

During our Inquiry learning we have been learning about Innovation. We identified a problem around the school was that our SChool vegetable Garden had a great big water tank in the middle of it. We decided to plan our own school gardens. This is us making our 3D models.

2015 Cultural Festival

Yesterday Linwood North had a great afternoon at the 2015 Cultural Festival. Some of Room 7 participated in the Kapahaka group or Pasifica Group on stage while the rest of us were a very appreciative audience. I was so impressed by the wonderful performances by all our tamariki. Below is the you tube clip of our performance.

Buddy Time

Most Friday mornings we get together with Room 1- our buddy class. We do a variety of different activities including puzzles, games, Maths Activities and reading together. Room 7 enjoy getting to know the newest tamariki of our school.
